Hello, Reader! Enrollment for the 2026 Beef CSA closes in 24 hours — tomorrow night at 10:00 pm (Saturday, December 20). First, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has already joined us for 2026. Your trust means more to me than I can put into words, and I’m honored to be feeding your families again next year. Once enrollment closes, we move fully into planning for the year ahead. Due to our planning timeline and limited availability of animals, we won’t be adding CSA members after the deadline. A quick reminder of who the Beef CSA is forThe Beef CSA is a great fit for families who: • Want premium, 100% grass-fed beef—butchered and freshly frozen each month If that sounds like you, I would truly love to feed your family in 2026. Here’s what a returning member shared this week after signing up: “I’m so excited—we just signed up for our second year! If you haven’t tried Great Heritage Farm beef and pork, you are missing out. Leah is amazing to work with—knowledgeable and honest. We’ve bought from others before, but there were always hidden prices. With Great Heritage Farm, what you see is what you get.
