Good morning Reader, I hope your weekend was as full of sunshine and cheery moments. I spent time in the garden with the girls, finished up another 1,500 ft of fence, caught up with friends at graduation parties, and soaked in every bit of perfect weather. One gathering in particular felt like something out of a storybook. Some dear friends of ours—who have a big, beautiful family—recently had a litter of kittens born on their farm. During the party, a pack of little girls, including my Lucy, wandered around the yard carrying those tiny kittens like treasure. Piggy tails, bare feet, giggles, and kittens tucked gently into dresses... it was pure delight. As I stood there watching our children laugh and run, on what may be the most beautiful day of the year, I couldn’t help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude. We are so blessed. Not because everything in the world is right, but because there is so much that is still good. Good friends. New life. Honest work. The ability to gather in peace. And the freedom to raise our children with joy and faith. I am grateful for those who laid down their lives in service to our country—recognizing the freedom and peace they fought so hard for. This Memorial Day, we remember them. We honor their sacrifice. And we pray for hearts that never take this life for granted. May your day be filled with quiet thankfulness and deep peace, as we reflect not only on what we have—but Who gave it. In love and gratitude, "Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord." —Psalm 33:12 Farm Fresh SheetWe’ll be unavailable for new orders over the next two weeks for some focused family time, and our farm will reopen for orders and visits on June 9th.
