​Our 2026 Beef CSA is officially OPEN — for this week only (Dec 15–20).

Before anything else, I want to be very clear about how we offer beef at Great Heritage Farm.

Here’s the simple version:

• Beef CSA = 18 lbs of beef cuts monthly (July-Dec 2026) - OPEN NOW​
​• Bulk Beef Shares = quarters/halves/whole, one‑time pickup (Fall 2026) - ordering opens in February

Our Beef CSA opens first because it requires early planning with our USDA butcher. When you join the CSA, you’re reserving your spot ahead of time, which allows us to farm & budget thoughtfully and responsibly.

What the Beef CSA is

Our Beef CSA is a convenient, approachable way to buy 100% grass‑fed & finished beef:

• A consistent monthly supply of beef butchered and freshly frozen each month.
• A balanced mix of ground beef and premium cuts
• No freezer space overwhelm
• No guessing how much to buy

You simply show up once a month (at the farm or one of our city drop sites), stock your freezer, and enjoy incredible beef.

2026 Beef CSA at a glance

• Season: July–December 2026 (6 total shares)
• Amount: ~18 lbs per month (ground beef, premium steaks, roasts)
• Pick‑up options: On‑farm Winthrop, or monthly Drop-Sites (Eden Prairie, New Ulm, or Mankato).
